Furniture Sales Associate

Furniture Sales Associate – CLT Furniture Bros (Gastonia & Concord NC)

CLT Furniture Bros is a fast-growing, family-owned furniture store focused on making furniture shopping simple, honest, and enjoyable. We offer high-quality furniture at competitive prices in a relaxed, no-pressure environment, and we treat every customer like family. As a Furniture Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role on the sales floor—helping customers find furniture that fits their space, style, and budget while delivering a transparent, stress-free buying experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for motivated, people-oriented individuals who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and performance-based earnings. You’ll earn a base hourly wage plus uncapped commission, meaning your income directly reflects your effort and results—especially during busy weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. Responsibilities include guiding customers through product selection, explaining pricing, financing, and delivery options, handling checkout accurately, and assisting with showroom setup and furniture handling. Whether you’re new to sales or experienced in high-ticket or commission-based roles, CLT Furniture Bros offers the opportunity to grow with a young, expanding business and make a real impact on both customer experience and store success.
