Court Service Receptionist

This position will support the court service unit by directing families, law enforcement, schools, other agencies, and the public to appropriate departmental personnel and services. Will also provide customer service through oral and written communication and provide clerical support to staff in accordance with departmental requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following:
• Experience providing clerical support to multiple people
• Receptionist experience using a multi-line telephone
• Experience working with the public
• Data entry experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with confidential correspondence and reports

• Experience working in a courthouse setting
• Experience working with juveniles and families
• Experience ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
