About the Role:
AntGen is the No.1 Total Wireless Master Agent in the US. As we continue to expand and open more Total Wireless stores, AntGen is seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Dealer Performance & Communications Analyst. The ideal candidate is data-driven, confident in communication, and skilled in presenting insights clearly. This role requires working closely with our dealers and internal teams to analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams to support performance initiatives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems; ensure accurate tracking of dealer interactions and performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal team members and dealer partners.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to others.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic, approachable, and enjoys collaborating with others.
