2026-2027 Little Lights Urban Ministry Fellow- Program and Administrative Assistant

Support various Little Lights Programs and the leadership of the organization as a Fellow for one year. You will also learn about anti-racism and issues of urban poverty, as well as get a better understanding of Washington, DC.

Assist students with homework with patience and active engagement 
Help students to progress, especially in the math and reading curriculum 
Outreach and recruitment of participants
Assist with all aspects of program operations including tutoring, relationship-building, facility maintenance, and serving meals/snacks
Assist with administrative duties.
