Data & Systems - OCM Student Assistant
Data & Systems provides all in-house solutions technical solutions to OCM around data collection, data management, analytics, surveys, and automation of their processes. They are the primary liaison with NYS Information Technology Services (ITS) and serve as project lead in the development of the OCM enterprise system for scope and functionality.
They are the lead for vendor contract negotiations and collaborate with OCM units to create business requirements.
Data & Systems provides configuration and support to all of OCM for Office365, SharePoint, tabular reporting, and dashboard creation. The team also leads the work of user system troubleshooting, identifying and reporting defects, ITS system enhancements, ITS system user acceptance testing, and creating test cases.
