Client Success Associate

About the Role

This role is for someone who likes helping people, staying organized, and being the person who makes things run smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Client Success Associate at Guardian, you’ll support advisors and account teams by keeping client communication clear, tracking details, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You won’t be expected to sell, pitch, or hit quotas. Instead, you’ll focus on follow-through, coordination, and building trust with clients over time.

It’s a strong entry point into financial services for graduates who want client-facing experience without high-pressure sales.

 

What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Responding to client questions and routing requests to the right team members
  • Helping advisors prepare for client conversations and meetings
  • Checking that onboarding steps are completed and documented
  • Keeping notes, records, and follow-ups organized
  • Supporting small projects that improve the client experience
