Lab Assistant – Compounding Pharmacy

Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time(Ideal for College Students)

The Lab Assistant supports our compounding pharmacy team by helping maintain a clean, organized, and well-run laboratory. This role is a great opportunity for students interested in healthcare, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or pre-health careers to gain hands-on experience in a professional pharmacy setting.

What You’ll Do:

-Assist with preparing lab materials and supplies for preparing compounded medications

-Count, measure, and label ingredients under supervision

-Clean and organize lab equipment and work areas

-Help with inventory tracking and documentation

-Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures

-Currently enrolled college student (science or healthcare interest preferred)

-Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn

-Comfortable following step-by-step procedures

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
