Mobilization Coordinator
Thousands of Chinese students and scholars come to American universities each year. China Outreach Ministries reaches out to them in Christ’s love, meeting their needs through practical helps, friendship and God’s Word and leading many to new life in Christ. COM is seeking a Mobilization/Recruitment Coordinator to assist in recruiting and mobilizing campus outreach workers who will bring the Gospel to Chinese students and scholars.
The Mobilization/Recruitment Coordinator recruits, coaches and assesses potential candidates for COM ministry and assists in hiring COM staff members. Responsibilities include:
· Assisting in the identification of human resources needs of the organization.
· Recruiting and mobilizing individuals to fill vacant positions.
· Performing administrative functions related to filling positions with skilled, motivated men and women of faith and integrity.
