Seminar Coordinator

Safe Retirement Solutions, LLC is a respected financial services firm specializing in fixed index annuities and retirement income strategies looking for an outgoing and energetic individual who desires a work environment where quick thinking and problem-solving skills are needed to adapt to various situations. 

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can manage their time and prioritize their work load. The seminar coordinator is the first face of the organization and must possess the ability to provide a friendly, welcoming, and hospitable environment to all clientele, promoting a positive corporate image by representing the firm in the office and at client functions. This job requires working an average of 4-6 evening dinner seminars a month.

What You’ll Do…

  • Arranging corporate functions such as sales seminars and client events. Including but not limited to venue research, procurement, budgetary management, mail fulfillment, overseeing RSVP’s and tracking attendance, communications with guests both pre and post event, preparing materials, set up and take down, and any other tasks as required.
  • Schedule appointments with precision and communicate with professionalism and accuracy—ensuring clients feel valued and confident in every interaction
  • Manage callbacks, confirmations, and schedule adjustments while maintaining clarity and efficiency
  • Following up with prospective/potential clients
  • Maintain excellent organization of client records. Prompt updates of company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database for account data, sales follow up and action items, and reporting.  This also includes accurate and timely management of seminar activity reports, and any other metrics/analytics necessary to help drive business success
  • Conduct pre- and post-event client communications with care and professionalism
  • Assist with the design of digital & printed presentations; producing and distributing. This includes but is not limited to, preparing RFP responses, formal proposals of products & services, renewal analysis & annual review packets, enrollment kits, training manuals, and corporate newsletters
  • Assist with creation of client binders, renewals, and follow-up materials
  • Tracking product sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data
  • Professionalism under pressure is expected—our clients rely on consistency and composure.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism (behavior and appearance)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • College Degree Preferred

Just so you know…

  • This job requires working an average of 4-6 evening dinner seminars a month at restaurants in the northeast Ohio area
  • This is a full-time salary position with flexible hours
  • This is an on-site position at our location in Columbiana, OH with travel to local restaurants as required 
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States
