Client-Facing Videographer/Photographer
We are seeking a personable, reliable, and detail-oriented Client-Facing Videographer/Photographer. This is a hands-on field role working directly with real estate agents and homeowners. You’ll capture high-quality listing photos, communicate on-site with clients, and ensure every appointment runs smoothly.
No camera experience is required — we provide full training. Customer service experience is welcomed but not required.
Responsibilities
- Photograph/video residential real estate listings following company standards
- Interact professionally with agents, homeowners, and builders
- Guide clients through prep steps and set expectations
- Ensure properties are photo-ready; light staging as needed
- Drive to multiple job sites daily
- Maintain a polished, friendly, client-focused presence
- Troubleshoot minor onsite issues with professionalism
- Represent Wave Front Media Co. with reliability and great service
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- No camera experience required — full training provided
- Customer service experience welcomed but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and handle basic gear
- Comfortable working independently in the field
