Client Care Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who loves a fast-paced, challenging position working to keep our seniors safe wherever they call home. You must be comfortable in the hospital setting, rehab facilities, long term care facilities, assisted living facilities and private homes.

The ideal Client Care Consult can react quickly in providing assistance for those in the hospital, rehab facility, assisted living facility, or home.

Ideal candidate will have a proven sales record (consultative sales a plus) along with strong presentation skills.
