Position Summary
We are seeking a student-friendly, part-time Remote Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative coordination for a small consulting team. In this role, you will help manage scheduling, organize communications, maintain trackers, and ensure key details are captured and followed through. This position is ideal for a student who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Support calendar coordination by scheduling meetings, sending confirmations, managing updates/reschedules, and tracking key follow-ups.
- Assist with email and administrative tasks by organizing incoming requests, preparing draft messages using templates, and maintaining contact information.
- Maintain basic trackers and documentation by updating task lists, deadlines, and simple status reports, and keeping shared files organized and easy to locate.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism by double-checking names, dates, links, and attachments, flagging missing information, and handling sensitive information confidentially.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you should have:
- High school diploma/GED (students welcome)
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative, assistant, customer service, front desk, internship, or other computer-based role where you supported tasks, scheduling, or communication
- Comfort using email and calendars (Gmail/Outlook + Google Calendar/Microsoft Calendar)
- Basic skills with documents and spreadsheets (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
- Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and manage recurring tasks reliably
- Clear, professional written communication in English
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Prior experience in an admin, assistant, customer service, internship, or campus role involving scheduling, coordination, or documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoom/Teams and shared drives (Google Drive/OneDrive).
- Interest in consulting, business operations, or professional services environments.
