The Job: 

Web3 Product Manager 

Description:

Participate in the design and iterative optimization of core trading systems, such as spot and leverage trading.

Be responsible for the deign of financial solutions, including insititutional account opening, fund management, and permission systems.

Optimize deposit and withdrawal processes, balancing security, efficiency, and user experience.

Participate in the design and risk control of complex financial products such as futures and options.

Key Requirements:

Graduating with a ssolid academic coundation in Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or realted fields.

Proficient in English and Chinese communication and workplace skills. 

Exceptional resilience and ability to maintain high performance under pressure and in ambiguous situations.

Strong logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills; adept at deconstructing complex problems and driving cross-team implementation.

Adhere to long-term values, focus onsustainable growth, and are willing to build a career together with teh company.

Bonus Points:

Outstanding academic performance or awards from top-tier eopetitions.

Relevant project experience (e.g., technical/research projects).

In-depth industry analysis or research publications.
