Business Development Intern

Location: [Nashville, TN] – In-Person (Minimum 20 hours/week) Comp: Competitive Hourly Base + Aggressive Commission Structure

This isn’t a "get-the-coffee" internship. You will work directly with our CEO and COO, sourcing and onboarding high-figure opportunities. We aren’t just looking for an intern; we are looking for the next generation of multi-million dollar sales leaders and entrepreneurs.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and vet high-value targets within the AI, blockchain, and emerging tech sectors.

Direct Outreach: Execute high-level cold outreach and relationship-building strategies to engage founders and C-suite executives.

Onboarding Support: Assist the CEO/COO in the end-to-end onboarding process for new high-figure clients.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on 2026 tech trends to identify new revenue streams for the agency.

CRM Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities to ensure no high-value deal slips through the cracks.
