Position Overview
Iberia Group LLC is seeking a highly organized and dependable Marketing & Media Intern to support Vizion Media, our in-house marketing and media division. This is a hands-on, execution-focused internship designed for students who want real agency experience and are comfortable working within structured systems and clear expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify daily social media posts are live and accurate across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as assigned)
- Confirm correct format, captions, tags, and posting schedules
- Report posting errors, access issues, or missing content immediately
- Organize marketing assets including files, captions, hashtags, and media
- Follow established SOPs precisely and meet daily deadlines
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during on-site shoots, installs, or client work
- Assist with basic short-form video editing (trimming clips, captions, exports)
- Support intern-level KPI tracking and weekly marketing reports
Required Skills & Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student majoring in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and systems exactly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines without reminders
- Comfortable filming content using a phone or camera
- Understanding of social media platforms beyond personal use
- Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule, including a required mid-day verification window
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Familiarity with content calendars, file organization, or agency workflows
- Interest in marketing operations, reporting, and performance tracking
