Management Trainee

Position: Management Trainee (MT Program)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control
• Support dispatch & transportation scheduling
• Assist supervisors in monitoring workflow, productivity, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Customer Service, IT) to solve operational issues
• Join rotation assignments across different departments and warehouses
• Learn management skills, operational SOPs, and industry best practices
• Prepare reports, analyze logistics data, and support decision-making

Requirements:

1. Recent graduates
2. Major in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred (not required)
3. Strong interest in logistics, warehouse operations, or transportation
4. Ability to handle fast-paced working environments
5. Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
6. Willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities
