Accolade Sopheon Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Perform software installations of Accolade Sopheon 15.2 (SQL Database, Application, and Report Servers).

Generate and manage Certificate Signing Requests (CSR).

Install and configure SSL certificates on servers once issued.

Collaborate with internal teams to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.

Document installation steps and provide knowledge transfer as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Accolade Sopheon software installations.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration.

Familiarity with CSR generation and certificate installation processes.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
