We offer three positions for student staff:

Support Specialist - Help customers with leading LTE technology by troubleshooting their LTE equipment, answering questions about the NMU LTE service, and offering internet service to the Upper Peninsula.

Equipment Specialist - Provision LTE Antennas and Routers for customer use; use satellite mapping software to measure distance and terrain to determine signal; and assist communities in the Upper Peninsula in obtaining affordable internet.

Billing Specialist - Maintain customer EAN subscriptions, manage payment profiles, and help the communities in the U.P. get affordable internet.

We are currently seeking students for all positions with availability for the Winter 2025 semester. Our Winter hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Hours:

Summer: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Fall: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
