Lead Generation Intern (Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach)

In this role, you won’t be observing from the sidelines. You’ll be executing real campaigns that create conversations, book meetings, and drive opportunities across multiple industries.

Your work will directly contribute to pipeline creation and growth across the Pearl Lemon Group.

Position Overview

As a Lead Generation Intern, you will support Pearl Lemon’s outbound division by executing and optimising cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

You will work inside our outbound engine, learning how professional lead generation systems are built, managed, and scaled for both internal Pearl Lemon businesses and client campaigns across multiple industries.

This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the exact skills used by SDRs, outbound marketers, and growth professionals in real commercial environments.

Core Objective

Generate qualified conversations and booked meetings through outbound cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted B2B prospect lists
  • Identify decision-makers across different industries
  • Execute cold email campaigns using established frameworks
  • Run LinkedIn outreach sequences, including connection requests and follow-ups
  • Personalise messaging while maintaining scale
  • Handle inbound replies and route qualified leads correctly
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages
  • Track outreach performance and campaign KPIs

Assist with testing new messaging angles and outreach strategies
