Marketing Growth Intern

Marketing & Growth Intern | EquityBound Innovators Branch

About the Role

Work directly with our founder and product team to help shape how a new financial platform is positioned, launched, and adopted. You’ll contribute to messaging, growth strategy, and user acquisition efforts while helping turn complex products into clear, compelling narratives across channels.

This role blends strategy, experimentation, and execution, with real exposure to how early-stage products reach market.

What Makes This Unique

You’ll help define how a new category in finance is communicated to the market.  As part of our Innovators Branch, you’ll work on initiatives actively considered for production and launch.  Your work may influence how investors, founders, and business owners discover and understand stocks, businesses, and alternative assets in a single unified experience — something that has never existed before.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting and testing positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new features
  • Supporting growth initiatives across content, campaigns, and distribution channels
  • Creating short-form content (posts, carousels, and video scripts) to explain features, insights, and product ideas
  • Owning video-based storytelling for social platforms (concepts, scripts, edits, or coordination)
  • Analyzing user behavior, funnels, and conversion data to inform marketing decisions
  • Assisting with go-to-market launches for new tools and AI-driven features
  • Translating complex financial and AI concepts into simple, compelling language
  • Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design
  • Documenting insights, experiments, and learnings clearly
  • Publishing and iterating on content based on engagement and performance

Ideal Alignment

  • Strong interest in marketing, growth, brand, or go-to-market strategy
  • Comfortable experimenting, testing ideas, and learning quickly
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Curious, self-directed, and detail-oriented
  • Interest in startups, finance, or technology is a plus, not required

Tools You May Touch

  • Analytics and experimentation tools
  • Social and video tools (short-form video, content scheduling, analytics)
  • CMS and landing page frameworks
  • Content and campaign tools
  • AI tools for research, copy testing, and ideation
