Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by answering calls, responding to emails, and chatting to resolve issues, process orders, and provide overall support. You will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions

Process orders and handle returns or exchanges

Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Provide helpful information about products or services

Skills Needed:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Positive attitude and willingness to help customers

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a degree)

Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
