IT DISPATCH MANAGER

Fusco Personnel is seeking a Dispatch Manager to work for a growing IT services organization. The selected candidate will coordinate and oversee field service operations in a customer-facing, ticket-driven environment. This role is responsible for scheduling and supporting field technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring service levels are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch field technicians to support installation, repair, and service activities
- Monitor service requests and incidents through an ITSM/ticketing system
- Serve as the escalation point for field and customer issues
- Prepare technicians and customers for onsite service visits
- Provide remote troubleshooting and service validation prior to ticket closure
- Ensure accurate documentation and collection of required deliverables
Qualifications
- 2+ years of field services or dispatch experience
- 2+ years in a customer service–focused role
- Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Salary
- $70,000-$80,000
