Public Relations Campaign Coordinator

Shortlisted candidates will be notified by a Diffusion team member if they are selected to participate in a Round 2 virtual interview on a rolling basis. If chosen to move forward following the virtual interview, you will be invited to attend an in person Round 3 interview which includes a presentation in April 2026. You must be available for this interview to proceed in the application process. In-person interviews will take place in our NYC office on April 15 or 16, 2026. 

If you are among the lucky few, you’ll be offered a role as a full-time Campaign Coordinator in our New York City or Los Angeles office and work across our amazing portfolio of corporate, tech and consumer lifestyle clients with a start date during the summer of 2026. 

The Diffusion offices have a hybrid schedule. Employees work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and are required to be in the office every Tuesday and Thursday. You must be able to be in-office on required in-office days. 

Most importantly: working at Diffusion requires creativity, authenticity and originality of ideas and writing. That’s why it is essential that AI is not used to complete this application.
