Carmona Care Center is seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Assistant to support daily operations in a small primary care office. This is a part-time or full-time position with flexible hours and the ability to accommodate class schedules. This role offers hands-on experience and growth opportunities for students pursuing healthcare careers.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and appropriately route messages

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

Greet patients and assist with front desk check-in needs

Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Perform basic computer and administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Enrolled in or pursuing healthcare-related coursework preferred (nursing, pre-med, health administration, etc.)

Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, general data entry)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a small, fast-paced office environment

Background check required
