About the Role

We’re looking for a positive, people-oriented team member to join our Member Support Team! This role is all about ensuring our members have a smooth, enjoyable experience throughout their certification and membership journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting onboarding calls
• Providing excellent customer service
• Supporting fulfillment and membership operations
• Collaborating with team members
• Taking initiative to improve member experience

This position is ideal for someone who loves helping others, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys creating a positive impact every day.
