Image Navigation Ltd., an Israeli medical device company based in New Jersey, in the surgical robotics and navigation space, is seeking a high-performing student to join our team in a flexible analyst / executive assistant role.

This position is well suited for motivated pre-medical or pre-dental students interested in healthcare, biotechnology, medical devices, or the business side of medicine. Business or economics majors with a strong interest in healthcare and medical technology are also encouraged to apply, as they may bring valuable complementary skill sets.

Image Navigation develops advanced real-time surgical navigation and robotic safety systems used in dental and maxillofacial procedures. The company works closely with clinicians, engineers, and institutional investors and is currently preparing for a major capital raise and expansion.


Candidate Profile

  • Strong academic performance
  • Pre-medical, pre-dental, or business/economics background with a healthcare interest
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and presentation development
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Extroverted and comfortable with outbound communication, including phone outreach
  • Willingness to support distributor and partner outreach initiatives
  • Interest in healthcare innovation, medical devices, or clinical research
  • Located in NJ or willing to commute to Tenafly, NJ (transportation costs covered)
  • Competence in Hebrew (proficiency from beginner to fluent)

     

Role Responsibilities (may include):

  • Investor relations and capital-raise support
  • Financial analysis and market research
  • Editing and maintaining investor materials (PPM, pitch decks, executive summaries)
  • Clinical and scientific research related to surgical technology
  • Distributor and partner outreach support
  • Direct assistance to the CEO on strategic and operational projects

     

Logistics

  • Paid position
  • Q1 2026 start
  • Engagement structured as a 1099 independent contractor / freelance role
  • Part-time or full-time flexibility depending on student availability
  • Hybrid role with a mix of on-site work in Tenafly, NJ and remote work from home (transportation provided for in-person work)
