We are expanding our outreach team in North Carolina and are looking for Field Marketing Associates to engage with homeowners through door-to-door community outreach.

Your role is to represent our brand professionally, explain why we’re active in the area, and leave behind a flyer. There is no selling involved—this position focuses strictly on awareness and information sharing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
• Hold brief, respectful conversations with homeowners
• Share flyers and basic service information
• Record homeowner interest and general feedback
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner

Pay & Work Schedule

• $50,000–$90,000/year (base + performance incentives)
• Weekly pay structure
• 4–6 hour shifts
• Monday–Saturday availability
