We’re hiring Field Marketing Associates to represent our team in local neighborhoods throughout Glen Burnie, Maryland. In this role, you’ll go door-to-door to have short, friendly conversations with homeowners, explain why our team is working in the area, and share a flyer with basic service information.

This is not a sales role. You will not close deals, quote pricing, or pressure homeowners in any way.

What You’ll Do

• Visit assigned residential neighborhoods
• Knock on doors and speak professionally with homeowners
• Explain the purpose of our outreach in the area
• Distribute flyers and share basic service details
• Note homeowner interest and feedback for the team

Compensation & Schedule

• $50,000–$90,000/year (base pay plus performance incentives)
• Weekly pay structure
• 4–6 hour shifts
• Monday–Saturday scheduling
