Project Management and Operations Intern

Organization: Ariventures Consulting LLC
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part-time (15 - 20 hours per week)
Duration: Minimum 1 calendar year preferred
Compensation: $1,000 per semester

Role Overview

As the Project Management & Operations Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of client projects and internal operations. This role is ideal for students who already have some experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support and are looking to build stronger skills in project management, client delivery, and operational systems.

You will work closely with the Director of Operations and contribute to client travel materials, communications, newsletters, and internal tracking systems. Strong performance may lead to expanded responsibilities or a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations Support

  • Assist with maintaining project trackers in Notion (timelines, owners, deadlines)
  • Help ensure internal tasks and deliverables stay organized and up to date
  • Flag missing information or inconsistencies for review

Client Travel Briefings

  • Support preparation of client travel briefing materials using established templates
  • Compile confirmed travel details, links, and destination information
  • Review materials for completeness prior to internal review

Client Communications Support

  • Draft routine client communications using approved templates
  • Assist with pre-trip reminders and timeline updates
  • Help track communications and updates in internal systems

Marketing & Content Support 

  • Support preparation of the biweekly newsletter
  • Support social media ideation 
  • Assist with gathering updates, announcements, and links
  • Prepare materials for internal review and formatting

Sustainability Support

  • Assist with research and coordination related to sustainability initiatives
  • Compile summaries, resources, and potential partners
  • Track sustainability-related work in internal systems

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior internship, student organization, or administrative/project experience
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with templates, checklists, and structured processes
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Interest in operations, project management, or travel-related work
