We are looking for a technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves. We are a team that works together to serve our customers by rebuilding transmissions right the first time.
We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is successful and free from chaos and drama. Are you tired of working under the pressure of the customer waiting for their car? Do you ever run out of work? We rebuild transmission for inventory so you won’t be under customer pressure and there is always more work!
We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. Certified Transmission, a trusted name in the industry for over four decades and offers a stable, 1st shift, Monday–Friday schedule. We are closed in the evenings and on the weekends!
We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at. Pay will vary based on ability and experience but there is room to grow! Our top technicians are making 140k+ and more!
