What You’ll Do

• Learn and develop leadership and team-building skills
• Support and motivate a remote team
• Assist with training, coaching, and performance goals
• Lead by example in sales and customer service

• Interest in leadership and personal growth
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, not required
• No degree required
