We are building an AI Stylist that allows anyone to try on outfits, create full looks, and generate editorial-quality photos and videos—with themselves as the model.

We go beyond standard virtual try-on. We are building a mobile-first creator platform where users mix pieces, plan outfits for real events, and share fully shoppable looks. With users in 100+ countries and support across 1,000+ fashion sites, we are scaling the intersection of Generative AI and Personal Style.

🚀 The Role

This isn't a "cogs-in-the-machine" internship. You will bridge the gap between Computer Vision (CV) and Recommendation Systems (RecSys). You will build the "brain" that understands not just what a garment is, but how it should be styled and who should wear it.

Key Responsibilities

• Styling Intelligence: Design multi-item recommendation models for "Mix & Match" logic and event-based styling (e.g., "What should I wear to a wedding in Paris?").
• Visual Representation: Develop CV models for fine-grained garment understanding and attribute extraction.
• Architecture Optimization: Design low-cost, scalable pipelines that combine recommendation logic with generative outputs.
• Multimodal Integration: Link recommendation engines with our AI Stylist chatbot and visual generation workflows (ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion).
• Product-Driven Research: Move from paper to MVP, iterating quickly on real-world, noisy fashion data.

🎓 Requirements

• Academic Background: Current PhD student or PhD-level expertise in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
• Technical Core: Deep understanding of representation learning, image understanding, and the latest trends in RecSys.
• Fashion Intuition: A strong aesthetic sense. You understand that "style" is more than just data—it’s about visual harmony.
• The "Founding" Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and building high-impact models under budget/resource constraints.

Preferred / Bonus

• Experience with Multimodal LLMs or Generative AI (Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI).
• Prior work in Fashion-CV or e-commerce recommendation.
• Interest in the Creator Economy and how AI transforms content production.
