Analyst - Deal Structuring, Management and Execution

Role Purpose:        

Finacity Corporation is seeking energetic, talented, entry-level Analysts interested in joining Finacity Corporation’s Deal Structuring, Management & Execution team. Finacity is a global leader in trade receivable and loan financing, particularly through securitization and similar revolving structures. Analysts have a very involved role in the day-to-day activities of Finacity. The roles and responsibilities will focus around transaction execution from start to finish, funding distribution, modeling, program management, and supporting Finacity’s origination efforts.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Structuring, designing, and negotiation of securitization and other receivable/loan financing transactions in consultation with clients, rating agencies, funding sources, accountants, trustees, and legal teams.
• Perform data analysis and related modeling.
• Coordinate data gathering and due diligence for transactions.
• Aid in project management of new and/or existing transactions.
• Assist in credit underwriting and preparation of funding related documentation.
• Provide day-to-day project support to senior management.
• Support client relationship management.
• Assist with annual audits by working with clients, funding sources and audit firms.
• Perform research and financial analysis on companies, industries and prospective clients.

Skills and Abilities: 

• 4-year degree from a top school with outstanding academic credentials.
• Dual language fluency is a plus.
• High degree of computer literacy and exceptional MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Internships in the financial services industry or consulting are preferred.
