As an GTM Lead at McCarren, you'll be the frontline of our growth, connecting with decision makers daily and educating them about AI. This is not a passive role. This is a grind-heavy, cold-calling–driven position for someone who thrives under pressure and wants to build elite sales skills in the fast-growing AI space.

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000
  • Commission: $30,000 - $60,000
  • OTE: $90,000 - $120,000

 

What You'll Do

  • Handle 30-40 live conversations daily through high-volume cold calling
  • Generate new sales opportunities for the Account Executive team
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings with decision-makers
  • Master McCarren AI's ICP, value proposition, and objection-handling frameworks
  • Continuously refine messaging and talk tracks based on results

Requirements

  • 2+ years of cold calling or equivalent experience in a call-intensive or door-to-door outreach role (e.g., missionary roles, canvassing, or field prospecting) (3+ years preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or at least two years of work experience
  • US Based

 

Interview Process

  • Step 1: Submit application
  • Step 2: Submit a recording of yourself with an AI bot
  • Step 3: 15-20 minute intro call to align on background and role specifics
  • Step 4: Live calling session (up to 4 hours of experiencing the role firsthand)
  • Step 5: Final interviews with executive team
