As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support core HR operations, people processes, and compliance across multiple regions.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration
- Assist with maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Assist with HR policy documentation and updates
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement and internal initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
- Prior internship or campus leadership experience is a plus
