We are seeking an IT Specialist who is looking to enhance and maintain our technology infrastructure. This position has great upside as we continue growing. There will be leadership opportunities and the ability to make top-end compensation as we continue to grow and expand our IT department. The ideal candidate has adequate knowledge of IT operations, a strong need to succeed, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware, software, and networks to ensure efficient operations across all offices
- Provide technical support and resolve IT issues for staff members, including troubleshooting desktop computers, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
- Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive client and firm information, including managing firewalls, antivirus software, and network security protocols
- Manage and maintain cloud-based systems and data storage solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access to important files and applications for remote and in-office employees
- Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up user accounts, email, and workstations
- Work closely with our team to streamline technology processes that enhance our client service delivery, including integrating client management and financial planning software
- Assist in the integration of new software systems and tools as the firm continues to grow, ensuring they align with the company’s needs and goals
- Build out automations and workflows using software systems such as Zapier or Make
- Own management of CRM and other web presences.
- Manage the company's Office 365 Suite of programs (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
