Tax Data Entry Specialist and Office Assistant

Tax Data Entry Specialist and Office Assistant.  Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team during tax season as a Tax Data Entry Specialist & Office Assistant. This role involves accurately entering and maintaining tax-related data, supporting office operations, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow during tax season.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update tax records, client information, and financial data into tax software.  
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist with preparing, organizing, and filing tax forms and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in accounting or office administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
