Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Social Media & YouTube Intern who is ready to step into a role designed for future leadership. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary storyteller to build our digital presence while learning the nuances of managing a world-class travel organization.

Our goal is to find a successor—someone with the ambition and alignment to lead the company within three years.

Perfect for Business Management or Hospitality Management students.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

1. YouTube Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Produce, edit, and optimize YouTube content that captures the sacred energy of Peru.
  • Create high-level video narratives that speak directly to the needs of Executives and High-Level Coaches.
  • Transform long-form insights into a visual library that establishes our authority in the transformational travel space.

2. Executive Outreach & LinkedIn Networking

  • Actively engage with Thought Leaders, Founders, and Master Healers to build authentic 1st-degree connections.
  • Craft refined, concise messaging that resonates with busy high-level professionals.
  • Manage community interactions with a tone that is sophisticated, soulful, and precise.

3. Operational Training & Succession Prep

  • Shadow the business side of operations to understand the logistics of high-end retreat management.
  • Develop the strategic mindset required to transition from content creator to company leader.
