Roofing Sales Representative

Compensation:

  • Average 1st-year reps earn $80k–$120k+
  • Weekly commission payouts on all qualified leads
  • Performance bonuses for milestones
  • Onboarding pay during training ($400/week over 4 weeks)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Canvassing neighborhoods to generate leads and meet homeowners
  • Educating homeowners on roofing options and signing contracts
  • Measuring roofs and creating estimates for projects
  • Marketing and promoting Monaco Roofing in your community
  • Building your career and learning from experienced sales leaders

What We’re Looking For:

  • No prior sales experience required: we’ll teach you everything
  • Comfortable interacting face-to-face with homeowners
  • Independent, disciplined, and motivated to control your own success
  • Ability to handle and climb ladders when necessary
  • Smartphone capable of taking photos/videos during inspections

Schedule & Work Location:

  • Full-time, in-person (Monday–Friday)
  • Flexible schedule that lets you control your days
  • Travel primarily across Wake, Durham, Chatham, and Guilford Counties
