Job Description

We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and creative college student to join our team as a Social Media Administrative Assistant. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in social media management, influencer collaborations, event coordination, and digital content planning. Perfect for students interested in marketing, communications, business, or entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Business Support

  • Create and manage contracts for restaurant owners
  • Prepare and track invoices, ensuring accurate records
  • Assist with client onboarding, including organizing documents and information
  • Organize digital files via Google Drive/Notion

Scheduling & Event Coordination

  • Manage and update the event calendar via Google Cal
  • Coordinate and track events, including timelines and follow-ups
  • Assist with scheduling content shoots, meetings, and collaborations

Influencer & Collaboration Support

  • Support influencer outreach via email and DM's
  • Help manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution
  • Assist with group collaborations, including communication and scheduling
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and collaboration details

Content & Social Media Planning

  • Manage and organize the content calendar
  • Assist with pre-shoot content planning
  • Brainstorm and organize Reel ideas
  • Create shot lists for content shoots
  • Organize key menu items/featured content for shoots
  • Appear on camera when requested for video or photo ideas (such as behind-the-scenes content or trending Reels/TikToks)

Qualifications

  • College student (all majors welcome; marketing, communications, or business a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation
  • Sense of humor and an eye for creative, engaging content trends
  • Open to participating in video or photo content when needed

Time Commitment

  • Part-time role
  • Flexible hours with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
