Public Health Marketing Intern

Come be a part of a fast paced and growing team! The Marketing Intern will work directly with our Public Health department to communicate effectively to the public. The intern will work collaboratively with our Communication Strategist, department leaders, and program managers to update website content to ensure relevance, ease of use, and visual appeal. Communication or Marketing majors preferred. EEO Employer

 

TIME & DURATION 
20-40 hours during summer semester.
ELIGIBILITY
 

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University as a full or part-time student.
  • Has a current minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Able to work 10-20 hours in summer.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license. 

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Demonstrates initiative, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information. 
  • Exercises sound judgment with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently to manage complex tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient with data systems and Microsoft Office products.
