- Excels at helping students develop strong scientific inquiry skills, critical thinking, and perseverance while connecting scientific concepts to a Christian worldview (e.g., order, complexity, beauty, and stewardship).
- Enjoys fostering a classroom culture where students grow not only in scientific proficiency but also in character, diligence, and wonder at God’s design.
- Believes science equips students to glorify God through wise dominion and stewardship, and inspires them to pursue excellence in fields like medicine, engineering, environmental care, and research as acts of service.
- Models humility and awe before the infinite Creator, teaching origins in faithful alignment with the Genesis account of six days of creation (drawing on resources such as Answers in Genesis) while equipping students to engage thoughtfully with contemporary scientific ideas.
