Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for supporting educators and improving student outcomes? We’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator to bring leadership, expertise, and heart to our team at Eden II’s The Genesis School on Long Island.

🔍 Position Overview:
As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping student success and staff development. You’ll provide hands-on clinical supervision, guide curriculum and behavior plan implementation, and ensure compliance with IEP mandates—all while working closely with a collaborative and mission-driven team.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct clinical supervision to classroom teachers and behavior specialists

Deliver ABA-based training on reinforcement techniques to teachers, specialists, and assistants

Oversee development, implementation, and progress reporting of IEPs

Develop curriculum and train staff in effective instructional strategies

Assist in the administration of NYSAA assessments

Lead student clinics to evaluate programming, instruction, and classroom materials

Conduct behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and provide classroom-wide training

✅ Desired Qualifications:

Master’s degree required

Strong background in ABA and special education

Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
