Job Title
Associate Director – Public Policy Development

Position Summary
Supports the Policy Director by helping manage research, drafting, and refinement of policy proposals. Ensures that policy work stays organized, accurate, and aligned with the campaign’s strategic priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and organizing the campaign’s policy agenda
• Support research efforts and help draft policy briefs and summaries
• Review proposals for clarity, accuracy, and strategic alignment
• Coordinate with communications to ensure policies are presented clearly to the public
• Maintain documentation and workflow across the policy team
