What You Will Do:

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated student who can quickly become a significant contributor. As the marketing intern you will partner with the VP of Sales and Marketing to drive various marketing initiatives and projects.  Potential project list is below with the expectation to drive results in a subset of the list not necessarily all of it. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Digital Growth Strategy: Perform a comprehensive audit of our web presence and execute a data-driven roadmap to increase global traffic through advanced SEO and performance marketing.
  • Product Launch Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to create high-impact marketing collateral and multi-channel campaigns for our latest aerospace innovations.
  • Experiential Brand Design: Reimagining our industry presence by leading the redesign of our trade show environments—from booth aesthetics to strategic product selection for maximum engagement.
  • B2B Digital Transformation: Act as the internal "Product Manager" to conceptualize and launch a seamless, secure customer portal, revolutionizing how our clients order parts and interact with our brand.
  • Sales Enablement: Design and iterate on sales playbooks and promotional materials that translate complex technical specifications into compelling value propositions for global clients.

Preferred Education

  • Must be actively pursuing a marketing or business administration degree.
  • Active MBA pursuit a plus.

  • Project Management

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent use of personal computers, database and digital platforms, and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machines and computer printers.
  • Frequently uses hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, touch or feel equipment, materials, and computer.
  • The person in this position needs to frequently move inside the office.
  • Frequent close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • We are an on-site culture, this is not a remote position. 
  • Potential to travel to trade shows as necessary.
  • Successful internship could lead to future positions, mutually agreeable

Salary Range
Please note the typical hiring range is Freshman/Sophomore $28.00 Junior/Senior $31.00 hourly. 

Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
