Part-time administrative assistant
We are a small start-up company with an AI-integrated software program that can identify and treat auditory processing problems in children. We are looking for someone to work 10-20 hours per week with our CEO, COO and software engineer to help manage sales of annual licenses, contracts with suppliers (clinical providers and schools), and outcomes data from use of the software across multiple sites. Other responsibilities include management of financial records, email communications, scheduling of appointments and meetings, and record-keeping from research activities related to applications for approval from the FDA. Expertise in standard office technologies (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, etc.) is required.
