Position: Teaching & Learning, Executive Assistant

Location: District Office

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Purpose: The Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning serves as a strategic administrative partner, ensuring the efficient operation of the Department of Teaching and Learning. This role requires a high-level professional who can balance complex fiscal management, large-scale project coordination, and high-stakes communication with internal and external stakeholders. This individual acts as a central hub for the department, managing the rhythm of the school year through curriculum distribution, grant administration, and high-level professional development support, with direction from the Assistant Superintendent and department Directors.
