Tax Associate

Looking for full-time Associate looking to launch a career in tax and accounting.  This is a client facing role in a 2-3 person CPA firm, working side-by-side with the founder to prepare business and individual tax returns and provide tax planning and business consulting services.  You will work in a face-paced office in downtown Wilmington, delivering excellent customer service and a high-quality work product.  You will be challenged to develop people skills, tax knowledge and problem-solving.  You will expected to bring enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to a firm that prioritizes integrity and professionalism.  Candidates should possess great written and oral communication skills, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, and have strong organizational skills.  Ideal candidates are those with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, 1-3 years of work experience in accounting, and be the CPA path.  This role will involve tax preparation, accounting and office administration duties that will prepare you to manage an accounting office.
