SPARK Instructor

Hi,

I’m Cayden, Operations Coordinator and Recruiter for Spark business academy. We are an innovative educational organization founded in 2015 and based in the Washington, DC area. We now operate in 22 states, partnering with more than 300 schools across the U.S.- including many top schools. Our mission is to empower students through fun, hands-on programs that build confidence, leadership, and real-world skills. 

We are currently looking for part-time instructors to join our team in various roles supporting Spark’s after-school Fall, Winter, Spring classes and summer camps. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Professionals in Education (PreK-12, Special Education, Child Development, etc.)
• Part-time availability
• Enthusiasm for working with kids or teens in a supportive, mentoring environment
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to engage students in learning activities
