Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) - School Based

Are you a credentialed BCaBA seeking a full time school based role, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth? Look no further: Ro Health is hiring a BCaBA to join our Behavioral Services team in San Diego.
This role focuses on supervising RBTs in school settings while collaborating with BCBAs. You will play a key role in strengthening behavioral programs across TK through Adult Transition settings.
This position provides the required monthly supervision and opportunities to support clinical growth and BCBA pathway goals

Overview:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Location: San Diego (In person)
- Compensation: $38 - $43 per hour depending on experience
- Start date: January 2025
- Bonus: $1000
What You’ll Do:
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs in school settings
- Collaborate with BCBAs and staffing partners to support service delivery
- Offer behavioral intervention support and resources
- Work across TK through Adult Transition programs
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
- Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:
- Active BCaBA credential (please include certification number on your resume)
- Reliable form of transportation (commute between school sites)
- Experience or interest in school based behavioral services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
